Cylinder Kit Doppler 50cc Alu ER1 Peugeot 103 AC. Cylinder kit including cylinder (complete with piston) and cylinder head plus head gasket. The ER1 cylinder from Doppler is regularly sold solo without head. We have combined the cylinder with the matching cylinder head, also from Doppler, and a head gasket, so moped riders who need a complete kit can find what they are looking for without too much searching. The ER1 cylinder is probably familiar to many moped riders: a Nikasil-coated aluminum cylinder with 5 transfer ports and an exhaust with boost ports, including a 1-ring piston. Torque is pretty awesome especially in the mid rpm range, and even at higher rpms the cylinder also develops plenty of power. In terms of tuning level, the cylinder falls into the sport or lower-end racing range. The ER1 can be used with the original head, but you'll get even more power by combining it with a HC cylinder head. Thus we added a matching cylinder head (high compression, without decompression) and a cylinder head gasket from Doppler.
