With a Hungarian architect studio's ownership stamp on the cover and the first, blank leaf. Cover lightly dusted. Two small, brown spots on the spine. One sample with a 2 cm tear on the upper edge, one with a 1 cm tear at the lower edge. 2 interior illustrations overpainted with watercolour, affecting only the back of the samples.
