It features the green dust jacket anda black cover rather than the blue versions that were released by AA Pub, Inc. The back cover of the dust jacket has the "Lasker Award" endorsement. The Second Printings are much more rare than the first! This book is in near mint condition and contains its original dust jacket. The dust jacket has some edge wear.
