Construction Stage6 R/T torque driver Unlike most torque drives on the market that are made of steel, this oversize CVT unit uses forged aluminum halves and an interchangeable guide with dual angles of 38/41°. Optional guides (39/42°, 37/40°) are available separately, a first in a converter system, opening up new tuning possibilities. The halves are CNC-machined for maximum precision, especially on the flank angles, with special attention to surface roughness for ideal shifting and downshift behavior. Finally, the surface is deeply ceramic-coated for long-term durability. Advantages of modular pulley: 3x guide bushesOne of the stand-out features is the possibility to switch out the guide bushing. The guide bushing included with the pulley has 2 different slots (38° and 41° gradient) for adjusting pulley opening angle. Other guide pieces with 39°/42° or 37°/40° angles are also available; replacing the guides is easy (screw-on). This way you can opt for a different guide bushing with different slots for different pulley opening angles and speed. 3x pulley typesThe pulleys are available in different versions / with different coatings: rough surface / ceramic coating; smooth surface / ceramic coating; smooth surface / uncoated. The additionally available versions can easily be mounted instead of the pulleys that come with the torque driver to optimize the grip of the V-belt and overall performance.
