no edition or printing stated only copyright date 1967 - assume 1st, toning, light soiling and very light/faint foxing to edges of text block with a faint stain to top edge near spine - rubbing to top & bottom edges of spine, top & bottom corners of boards and along bottom edges of boards, cloth is worn through at bottom corners - a former owners inked signature to half title page, dj now enclosed in mylar wrap shows edge wear, darkening with some scuffing to folds, very light soiling and fading to spine - 13/8" tape-repaired tear to top left edge and 1/2" tear to bottom left edge of front panel - 3/16" diameter drip spot to upper left and 5/8" tear with associated 13/8" crease to top right edge of rear panel - chipping to top & bottom edges with a 5/8" wide x 1/2" tall scuff from a sticker removal to lower end of spine - chips to top/bottom of fold rear panel to flap - chip with further 1/2" tear to top and small chip to bottom of fold front panel to flap - original price intact, in addition to the drawings are black & white photographs, , maps to front & rear end papers, subtitle "A retreat into one of Nature's last strongholds - the spectacular Chiricahua Mountains"
