Full old French tree calf, back in six gilt paneled compartments, gilt light tan lettering piece in the second, the rest with gilt center and corner ornaments, five gilt roll tooled raised bands, all edges red. Very attractive period binding in near fine condition, strong joints, minor chip to head cap, corners bumped and worn, old worming through the upper side lower corner mostly gone in the first few sheets, entirely gone in the first 25 sheets. Minor stain only slightly affecting the margin of some interior sheets by 1/16 to 1/4 inch from the fore edge of little matter. Sheets unusually fresh and clean. H10770 All Items Are Sent Insured.
