Cylinder kit Top Performances 85cc cast iron AM6 The Top Performances 85cc cast iron cylinder kit 44mm stroke Minarelli AM6 is an 85cc cast iron cylinder for 44mm stroke, also available as part of the Top Performances 85cc "cylinder + crankshaft" pack (T9921760/PACK01). This is the cylinder is available solo, i.e. without crankshaft. The robust cast iron cylinder has a bore of 50mm, with 5 transfer ports and oval exhaust; it must be used with a crankshaft with 44mm stroke / 85mm connecting rod. A 1-ring piston and a high-compression cylinder head with direct-flush combustion chamber are also part of the kit. The longer stroke improves the bore/stroke ratio and gives the engine a much nicer power curve than tuning cylinders that have to work with a standard stroke. The result is a rich torque, i.e. "more power" over the entire RPM range, without losing peak power. Nevertheless, this cylinder is absolutely reliable and therefore ideal for everyday use. Especially thanks to the two-part cylinder head, which guarantees maximum cooling.
