Its composition offers an alternative to the fragrances of the olfactory family of classic aromatic ferns. A heart of Chinese geranium, notes of mint and anise, spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves on an enveloping base of sandalwood and musks are the main players in this new genre. Rare raw materials such as incense resinoid or benzoin add a particular refinement to this impression of clarity and freshness. The perfumer: Dominique Ropion trained at the legendary Roure Bertrand laboratory Dupont of Grasse, before working with Jean-Louis Sieuzac, one of the greatest technicians in perfumery. Today he is the leading perfumer at IFF and his work is characterised by a mix of precision and freedom and by the constant search for new and harmonious accords that arise from the combination of opposite ingredients.
