Paris, NRF Gallimard, 1960. Édition originale, un des 155 exemplaires numérotés sur vélin pur fil Lafuma-Navarre, seul grand papier après 45 exemplaires sur Hollande. In-8 broché de 461 pp., avec une carte de l'Allemagne in fine. Les exemplaires de cette première et seule édition non expurgée, furent retirés de la vente le 11 septembre 1961, suite aux actions judiciaires entreprises contre l'éditeur par Asta Scherz et le docteur H. Hauboldt. Gallimard publia une nouvelle édition dite "définitive" en septembre 1964, avec changement de tous les noms de personnes et de lieux susceptibles d'être litigieux et sans la carte. Couverture usagée avec des manques en bordures et en coins, second plat taché. Intérieur bien frais et en très bon état, non rogné et en partie non coupé. Livres
