Ideal for use on roof timbers, floorboards, joists, and wooden structures in both domestic and commercial properties. Product Details Formulation: Water-based insecticidal wood preservative Application: Brush, roller, or low-pressure spray Coverage: Approx. 5–8 m² per litre depending on timber porosity Drying Time: Touch dry in 1–2 hours, fully dry in 24 hours Use Areas: Roof spaces, floor voids, structural timbers, and joinery Application Instructions Preparation: Ensure timber is clean, dry, and free from coatings or surface contaminants. Apply Evenly: Use a brush or spray to apply generously, allowing the product to soak into the surface. Second Coat (if required): Apply a second coat after the first has absorbed fully for increased protection. Allow to Dry: Ensure treated areas are fully dry before redecoration or reinstatement.
