Academic buildings, residence halls, and other important structures are finely illustrated amid a faithful recreation of the local landscape, including individual trees, street signs, etc. A vignette in the lower left shows the School of Social Services and Public Affairs, one of the finest in the world, while a second scene to the right presents the proposed Public Affairs Center. Other proposed improvements, according to a note in the lower left, include the baseball diamond, football fields, and tennis courts.
