A spiral top cable gland which serves the dual purpose of protecting a cable from sharp edges in an exit hole cut in a caes in addition to the spiral top providing strain relief to the cable also which is especially useful in projects where the cable will be either mechanically or manually moved frequently. Suitable for a wide range of cable diameters and is manufactured from black polyamide material.
