Small 8vo, approximately 165 x 100 mm, 6½ x 4 inches, pages: [16], 1-238, woodcut vignette to title page and 3 others as tailpieces, rebound in modern panelled calf, maroon and black gilt lettered morocco labels to spine, extra gilt spine with raised bands, new marbled endpapers, marbled edges. Pale age-browning throughout, tip of top corner missing from last page, not near text, the first 3 letters in the publisher's imprint are missing, printer's error, otherwise a very good copy.
