A Humanistic Approach To English For Academic Purposes Pedagogy

This book explores a humanistic approach to English for academic purposes pedagogy through the creation of a theory for the designing and planning of pedagogical activities. The theory proposes that by applying the concepts of people, place and compassion in planning and designing stages, learners will have the opportunity to take control of their learning and develop their skillset – this is power.
