Profusely illustrated with local period advertising. The Maine map has numerous small cartoon illustrations. The type of item which would have been discarded, surviving examples must be few and far between. Publisher's pictorial paper wrappers, an oversize sheet multi-folded into panels printed on both sides. Large state maps surrounded by ads, a small birds-eye view of Shelburne museum as well. Item is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition. Paper covers gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as an object. Still attractive on the shelf. The pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
