Metrakit V4R Reed Valve by VForce The Metrakit VForce4R reed valve has been developed to improve airflow in high-performance engines, with a direct impact on power, torque, and throttle response. Features of the VForce V4R Reed Valve → Optimized design for increased airflow The geometry of the reed valve has been redesigned to increase air velocity in the intake area. The reed cage and reed surface have been enlarged by more than 10% compared to the VForce 3, resulting in higher flow capacity and more responsive throttle behavior across the entire RPM range. → Carbon reeds with improved resin composition The reeds are made of carbon and manufactured using a new lamination and resin process that enhances their flexibility and closing precision. The pre-curved design ensures a more effective seal at the reed tip, optimizing intake efficiency and reducing flow losses. → Increased durability under intensive use The reed valve features a rubber coating on the contact surfaces, protecting the reeds and significantly extending their lifespan. Newly developed reed stops slow down movement progressively, preventing hard impacts and reducing premature wear.
