Foster is a poet and publisher of Talisman House, and was a close associate of Berrigan's. He secured Berrigan's teaching appointment at Stevens Institute of Technology, and established the magazine Talisman-initially, a joint venture that Foster and Berrigan discussed prior to Berrigan's passing. Very good plus overall. There is some edgewear along with a 3/4 in. bend to bottom left corner of the back cover. Shallow indentations on front cover. An important association copy.
