Applications & Features:--- The solid carbide drill bit is suitable for drilling materials below , such as stainless steel, die steel, carbon steel, alloy steel. It is also widely used on aluminum, copper, hard plastic and wood. Use on machining centers, CNC lathes, drill presses and bench drills. The appropriate lubricant can facilitate cutting or cooling, improve dimensional accuracy and extending tool life.--- The micro grain tungsten carbide is with higher hardness and strength, better wear resistance, better bending resistance and heat resistance. Provides faster cutting speeds than other substrates and is harder but more brittle. Carbide material with good drilling properties ensures high working efficiency. The nanometer titanium coating greatly improves the corrosion resistance, hardness, wear resistance and thermal stability. Sharp spiral flutes provide fast, neat and smooth cuts. The spiral groove facilitates the export of metal chips.Useful Tips:--- Drill metal with high hardness, the rotational speed should be slower than normal drilling. Keep cool and gentle when using. Not recommended for use with a hand drill (easy to shake, poor stability). If there is a problem with chip evacuation, go back in time and remove the chips. Be careful and control your CNC speed.
