Large pictorial cartoon map of the town, sea dragon, car, signal flags and a family within the legend at lower right. Publisher's pictorial paper wrappers. Decorative title cartouche shows a number of local birds, all identified. Item is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition. Paper covers gently age worn, slight rubbing, remains overall clean and attractive as an object. Text block paper is gently toned, an early owner long ago annotated in ink several key locations of interest within the plan, signs of handling, internally still well preserved, tight, sound. Still attractive on the shelf. The fragile pamphlet displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
