Fitment: for Buick Century 1982-2002 for Buick LeSabre 1988-1989 for Buick Regal 1985-1996 for Buick Rendezvous 2002-2003 for Chevrolet C1500 1988-1996 for Chevrolet Camaro 1983-1995 OE Number:16070629/12219935/28182633Product Characteristics: This MAP sensor is used to calculate air density and determine the engine's air mass flow rate and provides instantaneous pressure information to the engine's electronic control unit. As the MAP sensor fails, it can cause various issues with the fuel system and vehicle performance. Direct replacement and installation without special tools, convenient to use. Package included:1 Pc MAP SensorInstallation: 1. Install: Remove old sensor; mount new in engine bay (passenger side). 2. Vacuum & Wiring: Connect to BOV source; route wires through firewall to door; link to MAP power (note signal). 3. ECU: Plug into ports (see manual); ECU under p-side carpet. 4. Bypass: Splice new power/ground to factory; insulate old signal; connect new to UTEC. 5. Calibrate: In UTEC (Edit Maps>Params>Special), input intercept/gradient per manual's voltage/pressure. 6. Test: To drive and check loose/solder issues. Note: This is a non-OEM product, accessory ONLY! Please make sure your model's ENGINE and TRIM are as described before purchasing!
