Five soft covered volumes complete - as issued. Large quarto sized volumes, profusely illustrated with color photographs, diagrams, and charts. Finding all five volumes complete is quite difficult. There is, on the 7th page a collection of facsimile autographs of the panel appointed by President Ronald Reagan to lead the investigation. Above the facsimile signatures is a genuine autographed signed inscription by panelist Robert Hotz. Mr. Hotz strongly condemned NASA, their lack of communication and gross negligence.
