Polini Big Evolution 94cc Cylinder Minarelli LC The Big Evolution is Polini’s most powerful cylinder to date, featuring a massive 52 mm bore for a full 94cc displacement. Built from aluminum with a Nikasil-coated liner, the cylinder comes with 6 transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port for optimal flow. It includes a high-compression, one-piece head and a lightweight, coated single-ring piston with 13 mm piston pin. Note: the exhaust flange differs from stock; you’ll need the matching Big Evo exhaust from Polini or a Roost BE94. This kit is designed for 44 mm stroke crankshafts with 85 mm conrods and 13 mm small end bearings. Crankcase modification is a must - there’s no way around it at this size. In terms of performance, the 94cc Big Evo delivers serious numbers. With the right high-end exhaust and setup, output of 23–25 hp is well within reach.
