Created by Christine Nagel, perfumer of Hermès, Un Jardin à Cythère eau de toilette is a surprising garden, neither green nor flowery: it has the color of the sun. The expression of an olfactory search through the Peloponnese that leads to Cythera, an uncontaminated Greek island that has inspired numerous artists. THE OLFACTORY NOTES A citrus and woody fragrance, Un Jardin à Cythère eau de toilette combines the enveloping character of grasses with the strength of olive wood and the tenderness of fresh pistachio. THE OBJECT The bottle, designed by Fred Rawyler, is inspired by the lines of vintage car lanterns. The glass comes to life with a bright yellow shade, evocative of the solar fragrance. On the case, the artist Elias Kafouros draws a colorful landscape of his homeland: golden grass, green olive trees, pink fresh pistachios and, in the background, the blue sea. THE JARDINS PERFUME COLLECTION The Jardins Perfume collection marks the meeting between the soul of a place, the inspiration of the perfumer and the theme that the maison Hermès chooses each year to highlight its creations. An olfactory walk to share at any time, for every desire for freshness, fantasy and escape.
