The delicate wrappers are torn and chipped, especially along the edges of the rear wrapper which is curiously printed upside down, soiling to the wrappers and the title page, a complete but good only copy. An instrumental piece for piano. Plate imprint, "Forget me not Waltz 5." While Oscar Wilde's name and image appear on the front wrapper and are repeated on the title page, this piece appears to have no real connection to Wilde or his work as the piece contains no words. Unrecorded by *OCLC* and appears equally scarce in the trade.
