The table, printed on both sides, is to be used for interpreting dreams and visions to forecast future events. and predicting the results of lotteries. The first section contains a set of divination techniques -using information from dreams and visions in combination with the name and birth date of the inquirer. The results our found using the folding plate and the manual's tables. The second section of the manual is entirely dedicated to the lottery. It describes systems for predicting what numbers will be drawn using the divination and interpretation of signs, with the assistance of the booklet of tables.
