Tensile Strength: 0.6 MPa (ISO8339 at break). Elongation at Break: >200% (ISO8339). Elastic Recovery: >70% (ISO7389). Movement Capability: ±25%. Service Temperature: -50°C to +150°C. Skin Time: 30–45 minutes. Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored in original unopened containers between 15°C and 30°C. Application Instructions Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants. Priming: Priming is generally not required, but testing on small areas is recommended. Application: Cut the tip of the cartridge, attach the nozzle, and cut to the desired width. Apply using a standard sealant gun. Smooth the sealant with a suitable tool within 5 minutes of application. Joint Design: For optimal performance, joints should have a width between 6mm and 40mm, with a depth of 50% of the joint width. Limitations Not suitable for use against bitumen asphalt, neoprene, and certain organic elastomers. Do not use on surfaces that bleed oil, solvents, or plasticizers. Not recommended for use in areas subject to continuous water immersion. Cleaning of Tools Clean tools and excess sealant immediately with white spirit. Cured sealant must be removed mechanically.
