DESCRIPTION: Here are two Journals of American History: [Vol.I #III - 1907], and [Vol.I #IV-1907] * They both have a very interesting selection of interesting articles about American History. * Here is a list of just a few of the more interesting articles from the first Journal. (1) "A Century of Steam Navigation," and "A Facsimile of a letter written by Robert Fulton," (2.) " Map of New York". - This is a reproduction of a earlier map. (3.) " Pilot of First White Man To Cross The American Continent," - This article is about Lewis & Clark and Sacajawea, and (4.) "Personal Letters of Pioneer Americans," * Both covers contain Heraldic illuminations. * * * The second journal [Vol. II #I-1908] contains a (5.) "Greeting to the Nations 1607 - America's Birthday - 1907 by Theodore Roosevelt," (6.) "Across The Continent In A Caravan," (7.) "The Reminiscences of Captain Aram," and (8.) "An American's Experience in The Brittish Army," CONDITION: The covers of each of these two used volumes are in rough to fair shape with the interiors being in about good condition. I did some repairing to the covers. As you can see the covers are chipped, the surface features are worn, torn and look forlorn. But at least the covers are there. The top and bottom of the spines are missing. The previous owner's name is inside the front cover of [Vol. I # IV].
