Airsal, the company casting cylinders for Metrakit as well, designed (and produces) the popular "T6", an aluminium cylinder with exceptional value for money. It features a bridged twin exhaust port and a self-centering cylinder head for water-cooled engines. We did test runs on our scooters with very convincing results. Its only shortcoming: the piston skirt's edges are a bit rough, and should be smoothed with fine grade sandpaper. Performance: 10 - 13hp. Please note that you'll have to adjust squish clearance when installing aluminium cylinders to get maximum power and reliability.
