Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Text block edges heavily tanned. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Boards are slightly bowed. Faint, notable pale staining to upper and lower edges of both boards. Gilt is bright. Light wear to clipped dust jacket; tears, nicks and creases to spine, edges and corners. Notable loss to upper front panel. Light sunning to jacket edges and spine. Slight water staining to edges.
