The front cover features a photograph of His Majesty King Edward VIII. The verso of the front cover has a facsimile of a letter Bainbridge received from Buckingham Palace acknowledging the receipt of her "letter of the 2nd instant with the accompanying copy of her poem 'England, Dear Old England.'" The back cover features a sample of "At Last" also by Bainbridge and de Reeder. Unrecorded by *OCLC* and appears to be equally scarce in the trade.
