The Housewife (With "Anne Of Green Gables" Chapters 10-15) L.M. Montgomery

This is a Valentine's Day issue of the publication "The Housewife" from February, 1910. The highlight of this issue is an uncommon, early, serialized installment of "ANNE OF GREEN GABLES" by L.M. Montgomery - chapters 10 through 15. This is the 3rd of seven installments. The story features illustrations by Mabel L. Humphrey. Condition: The front cover has some small foxing/stain spots at the bottom edge. The back cover has a small, light stain at the bottom-right corner, and some tiny foxing spots at the center. The spine has small tears along its length. The paper has split 1.5" down from the top of the spine. Both covers and all pages are firmly attached. Pages 5-20 are attached to each other at the spine, though this cluster is disbound from the magazine itself (this may be as issued). There are some tiny tears along the perimeter of the covers. Nice pages - clean with only a small tear at the top edge of all pages. Overall the magazine is in Good condition.
