Contains numerous typed plans, receipts, and calls for bids for specific projects (masonry, plumbing, painting, etc.). The Hagenbarth residence was sold to the Larkin Funeral Directors in 1925 (now, Larkin Mortuary), one year before his wife, Mary Ellen, passed. The house has had additions and a few adaptive changes, but the original structure is essentially the same. Frank J. Hagenbarth (1868-1934) was a prominent western miner and rancher who was President of the Wool Grower's Association for 21 years and at one-time, the largest producer of wool in the United States.
