The book is in very good condition. It's a large book, measuring 7 1/2" x 10". The binding is tight and there are no rips, tears, or loose pages. There are no signatures, bookplates or markings of any kind in the book. The lettering and illustration on the cover and spine is unrubbed. A few pages have some very light foxing, but most of the bookis clean. This book contains all 48 of Rackham's original illustrations, with none missing, removed, or loose. They are all in excellent condition. This is a stated first edition. These early Rackham's are often split up and sold seperately for their beautiful prints. A rare find complete with many beautiful illustrations.
