Inscribed and dated by Rockwell Kent on the half-title page. Dark ivory textured cloth covered boards with black stamped illustrations on front board panel; black lettering and graphics on spine. Faint scuffs on board panels. Board spine is lightly sunned. External edges and text pages are age-toned. Dust jacket spine and extremities are sunned and soiled overall, more noticeable against the ivory background. Numerous chips and loss across upper edges of front and back jacket panels. Vertical and horizontal closed tears at head and tail of jacket spine, old tape repair on the reverse at head. Back spine fold has a 3 1/2" closed tear at the lower end. Upper corners of front and back fore-edge folds have 1" - 1 1/4" closed vertical tears along the folds. Lower corner of front fore-edge fold has a 1 3/8" closed vertical tear along the fold. Small uniform clips on all inside flap corners. Price of $2.50 is intact. SCARCE in a DJ and with Kent inscription.
