This interesting blueprint plan was compiled by RealTec Corporation of Carol Stream, Illinois. in the early 1980s as undoubtedly one of numerous proposals created during the planning process of the mixed-use site. The image covers a large area in Naperville, about 35 miles west of downtown Chicago, divided by Interstate 80 (labeled as the East-West Tollway). Various features like local businesses, transportation routes, and plot sizes have been identified with custom labels and tape." Sheet Width (in) 42.75 Sheet Height (in) 37.4 Condition Description An interesting collage of labels, transparent overlays, and paper adhered to a sheet of blueprint paper with old cellophane tape. A few pieces are beginning to peel here and there and several corrections have been made throughout with what appears to be White-Out. Moderate wear along the outer edges and wrinkling from where previously rolled. Difficult to grade condition-wise, but in good condition for a working document of its kind.
