Design Bidalot RFWR Cylinder kit The aluminum cylinder features a Nikasil-coated bore, 6 transfer ports, and an exhaust port with boost channels. Bidalot has completely redesigned the port layout, precisely matched to the 47.6mm bore, with the goal of maximizing high-RPM performance while still maintaining strong midrange torque. The piston is made from a highly heat-resistant aluminum-silicon alloy and built for long-term durability under extreme conditions. The one-piece cylinder head is CNC-machined and features a self-centering combustion chamber that protrudes 2.4mm into the bore. The water jacket has been re-engineered for optimal cooling, with uniform wall thickness throughout for consistent thermal stability. Coolant flows directly around the exhaust area before passing through the combustion chamber, ensuring efficient overall cooling. Timing and compression are designed for racing use (±193° exhaust, ±132° overflow, with a compression ratio of 15.8-16.0 to 1). Important: This is a true high-end race cylinder. It must be paired with matching performance parts - reinforced racing crankshaft (with 90mm connecting rod and 44.9mm stroke), internal rotor ignition, VForce reed valve, larger carburetor (32mm), reinforced clutch, etc. This setup is not for beginners — serious tuning experience is required. The cylinder uses a 4-bolt flange (Ø28x30mm), but can also be mounted with a 2-bolt flange (50mm bolt spacing).
