MARC ANTOINE BARROIS Ganymede EDP 30 ml “A perfume of una dream reality” For this new work, the destination is elsewhere. Creating aarmonia elegante and unexpected around a quartet of mandarin, viola, immortelle and chamois, Quentin Bisch and Marc-Antoine Barrois They dreamed of this new planet: Ganymede, Jupiter's rocky satellite discovered in 1610 by Galileo, is luminous and covered in oceans of salt water. It took its name from Greek mythology: a young man, Ganymede, was abducted by the gods, who were so captivated by his beauty that they offered him immortality. The entire composition plays with contrasts and oppositions. The notes draw una new olfactory map on the skin, on the back of una cashmere jacket, or even right there, next to the sleeve buttons, on the wrist. If it could be summed up in a single image, it would be una Compass: North for the vivacity of mandarin, to which the south would respond with the eternal flower. To highlight this olfactory framework, the density of suede notes in the west would balance the subtle and delicate florality of violet in the east. These are four directions for a perfumed journey into a new imaginary world with new codes of elegance.
