Light green cloth. Small quarto. 258pp. No jacket (as issued). Lacking slipcase. Illustrated by Donald Shoffstall. Foreword by Jim Rikhoff. Copy #6 of 1000 copies signed by Evans, Rikhoff and Shoffstall. This copy is also inscribed by Rikhoff to the sporting writer Charles Dickey "In anticipation of "The Quail Book" coming as a sequel!". A very good copy with some soiling to the covers and light wear to the spine tips. The text is very good with some scattered light soiling. The endsheets have some browning and a stamp on the inside cover notes that this copy was purchased at a USPS auction.
