Fitment: for CHEVROLET KALOS 1.4 16V 2003-2008 for CHEVROLET Spark (M150) 0.8 2000-2006 for CHEVROLET Matiz (M200, M250) 0.8 2005-2013 OE Number:25184083/96325870/25195791Product Characteristics: This MAP sensor is used to calculate density and determine the engine's mass flow rate and provides instantaneous manifold pressure information to the engine's electronic control unit. As the MAP sensor fails, it can cause various issues with the fuel system and vehicle performance. Direct replacement and installation without special tools, convenient to use. Package included:1 Pc MAP SensorInstallation: 1.Install: Remove old sensor; mount new in engine bay (passenger side). 2.Vacuum Wiring: Connect to BOV source; route wires through firewall to door; link to MAP power (note signal). 3.ECU: Plug into ports (see manual); ECU under p-side carpet. 4.Bypass: Splice new power/ground to factory; insulate old signal; connect new to UTEC. 5.Calibrate: In UTEC (Edit Maps>Params>Special), input intercept/gradient per manual's voltage/pressure. 6.Test: To drive and check loose/solder issues. Note: This is a non-OEM product, accessory ONLY! Please make sure your model's ENGINE and TRIM are as described before purchasing!
