The "Memorial Edition" with new 13-page introduction by Sylvester Baxter. "With Bellamy's death on May 22, 1898, Houghton Mifflin brought out this memorial edition with an 'introduction' by Sylvester Baxter. The Baxter introduction would appear in editions for the next 30 years" (Kopp). This copy has "FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTEENTH THOUSAND" on copyright page.
