This book explores the ecumenical activity of Fr. Andre Scrima (1925–2000), a Romanian theologian in exile who played a significant role in the Second Vatican Council. Drawing on previously unpublished sources, it examines how his work and influence were closely monitored by the Romanian Communist regime, shedding light on the surveillance strategies of the Securitate.
