Book is clean with a square, tight binding. Black soft borads have slight wear on edges. First couple of pages have downturned corners. Pages are age-tanned and there is a previous owner's name stamped in gold on lower front cover, and another previous owner's name written on both the front and the back pastedowns. Book appears to be signed by author in ball point pen on page opposite of the title page. Author died in 1970.
