Pride And Prejudice Jane Austen Fiction,Illustrated

A near fine copy in decorative quarter morocco binding with design by Talwin Morris. Undated but probably around 1910. With black and white frontispiece and 5 further plates by Chris Hammond. The binding has a very bright spine with light scuffing and wear at the spine ends. The waxed moss cloth sides are very clean with some light scuffing to corner tips. Internally the grey endpapers are unmarked. Contents with half title; frontispiece; title in red and black; introduction and illustration list; and text with 5 plates. There are a few small spots on the foredge; some light foxing in the introduction; and the occasional small spot visible at the top page edge.
