The Impact Of Patient-Centered Care

This book investigates the impact of patient-centered care (PCC) for older adults with chronic conditions and presents new evidence concerning its effects on the care process and health outcomes. The book highlights the impact of PCC on elderly chronic disease patients’ health experiences and demonstrates that PCC is associated with better performance in delivering care to this group of patients.
