Edible petals are often used to decorate cakes and garnish a variety of dishes, both savoury and sweet. They are also perfect as a decoration for chocolate truffles, alternatively use on salads or soft cheese to add a different pop of colour and texture.
The petals have been dried naturally and should retain their colour and texture for a minimum of 6 months from the purchase date. The petals will have a Best Before date and will be packed in light resistant, airtight re-sealable bags, please keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
We are a SALSA accredited independent company and source our petals from a small number of trusted suppliers and mix and pack the petals ourselves.
