100 percent NATURAL FERMENTATION - unlike most tequilas, we don’t add yeast during the fermentation process. Instead, airborne yeasts from our surrounding fruit trees enter the tanks and convert the sugars into alcohol naturally.
CINNAMON AND VANILLA NOTES - the natural fermentation and 2 month ageing process give the liquid a rich warmth with smooth agave shining through; fragrant and seasonal.
