Malossi Overrange CVT Kit Yamaha Jog R Malossi is the manufacturer of one of the most powerful CVT kits on the market, the Overrange CVT. Malossi has put together the MHR variator and various other high-end CVT components in one kit to further improve performance and shifting behavior. Thanks to the increased CVT range, Overrange systems deliver a major increase in acceleration and also allow a higher top speed. They are primarily suited for heavily tuned engines. Contents of the Malossi Overrange Kit The pack includes the Multivar variator in the Overrange version with optimized tracks, plus ramp plate with slider shoes and bushing. In distinctive Malossi red, the "La Furia Rossa" torque driver kit (also Overrange) is included. The torque driver halves are made from high-quality aluminum and CNC-machined, with small holes that benefit not only cooling but also grip. Also included are 2 sets of variator weights, a torque spring (red), a Kevlar-reinforced Overrange V-belt, shims, bushings, small parts, and a tube of grease.
